Cancellation Policy
At The Digitpreneur, we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your scheduled services. Below is our cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notification: Clients must notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Notifications can be made via email at info@thedigitpreneur.com or by calling +1(320) 262-1292.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled service without any prior notification, they will be charged the full cost of the service.
- Refunds: Any payments made in advance for services that are canceled in compliance with this policy will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments without any penalty if the rescheduling is done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests can be made via email at info@thedigitpreneur.com or by calling +1(320) 262-1292.
